Covenant House International seeks a visionary Vice President, Donor Relations to lead transformational philanthropy, securing seven- and eight-figure commitments from ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this role manages a select donor portfolio, develops custom strategies, and moves prospects through the donor lifecycle with independence and accountability, advancing Covenant House's mission across its global sites.
