Senior General Counsel & Compliance Strategy Lead

Renaissance Lakewood is seeking a senior in-house attorney in New Jersey to lead corporate governance, contract negotiation and compliance across the organization. You will provide broad legal support to all departments, manage litigation and coordinate external counsel as needed. The role requires strategic oversight of regulatory matters, IP strategy and risk management, while collaborating with finance, operations and executive leadership to protect company assets and reputations.
