Pay Structure: hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses Potential annual earnings $45,000 to $55,000, top performers can make up to $60,000 annually

What you'll do:
  • Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.
  • Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions
  • Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
  • Represent the company professionally at stores and events.
  • No hard selling, your focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity.
  • What you bring
  • Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.
  • Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
