Senior Treasury Leader — Remote, Build-From-Scratch FinTech

Félix is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own and operate its treasury function end-to-end. This role ensures funding across fiat and digital currencies, maintains banking relationships, and supports credit facilities. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will build the function from the ground up, hire a Treasury Analyst, and implement scalable policies and controls to sustain rapid growth in a fast-moving fintech.
