Head of Precision CNC Machining Operations

Barron Industries in Oxford, MI, is seeking an experienced Manager of Machining Operations to lead the build-out of an initial precision machining cell, select equipment, install, set up, and commission. You will own the end-to-end machining process, review drawings, program CNC, set up tooling, and drive safe, repeatable production. Lead a growing team across two facilities, ensuring ITAR, ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance.
