Commercial Plumbing Estimator - Direct Hire

Pay Rate: Salary range: $70,000 - 120,000, based on experience Work Scope: The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate bids and supporting project startup and coordination for commercial plumbing work.

Responsibilities include: Preparing and managing bids and estimates Reviewing project specifications and drawings Handling submittals and material take-offs Obtaining and reviewing vendor and supplier quotes Completing and submitting material request forms Ensuring materials are ordered on time to prevent job start delays Supporting operations and project teams throughout preconstruction Coordinating with office staff on permitting, submittals, binders, and drawings Attending site visits as needed for projects you estimated What You Need for This Position: 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience (required) Experience with Medical Gas and site utilities Proven background estimating large, multi-state commercial projects Strong ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously Strong communication skills for coordination with vendors, office staff, and operations
