Job Description We are looking for a dependable highly organized and reliable individual to assist in our telecom service department.
Must have:
Telecom scheduling experience and telecommunications experience. Tip and Ring Service Experience. Wide range of office duties include telephone service installation and support ticket scheduling and follow-up, order entry, customer service, and some payment processing and general office work. If you have worked in the AT&T, Comcast or any other Telephone Service Installation department - you might be our perfect fit. Monday Through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1/2 Hour for Lunch. Small office environment in Hillside IL. This is a NOT work from home position. Health, Dental and Vision Benefits start after 90 days (Note: Health Insurance is paid by the company with no employee contribution), Retirement plan after 1 year. Paid Vacation and Personal Leave after 1 year.
