Hire Resolve is assisting chemical, manufacturing, and process-driven organizations in hiring experienced process and chemical engineering professionals. These roles support capital projects, process optimization, safety, and production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize processes through mass/energy balances, modeling, and data analysis Lead or support PHA/HAZOP, MOC, and process safety initiatives Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and technical specifications Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and EHS teams
Requirements:
BS in Chemical Engineering (or closely related)7-15+ years in process engineering within chemical, refining, pharma, or manufacturing Strong knowledge of process safety management and documentation Familiarity with Aspen/HYSYS is a plus (role dependent)Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
