Customs Trade Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and international trade laws Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and manage import/export documentation Conduct internal trade compliance audits and identify areas for process improvement Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate clearance Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly Prepare and review entry filings, commercial invoices, and other trade documents for accuracy Support denied party screening and export control compliance activities

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or a related field Working knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, and import/export procedures Experience with trade compliance software and customs entry systems preferred Licensed Customs Broker designation is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills
