Production & Installation Associate

Position Summary: The Production & Installation Associate supports day-to-day production and shop operations. You will assist with sign production, vinyl prep, graphic installation, graphic removals, material handling, equipment support, shop cleanup, and general production tasks that keep jobs on schedule. This is a hands-on role with room to grow into more advanced production and installation responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do: Assist with the production of signs, banners, decals, and other visual graphics Help prep, weed, tape, trim, mount, assemble, and package jobs for delivery or installation Install wall graphics, window graphics, and other signage Assist with vehicle graphic installs and removals Remove old vinyl, signage, and graphics cleanly and carefully Prep surfaces, tools, and materials for installations Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the shop Help operate production equipment after training Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area Keep installation tools, materials, and work areas in order Support quality control by checking finished pieces for accuracy and cleanliness Assist with deliveries, pickups, and general shop tasks as needed Represent Instant Imprints professionally with customers on-site and in the shop What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Energetic personality and strong work ethic Great attitude Excellent customer service skills Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn and take direction Comfort with hands-on, physical work Strong attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Pride in keeping a workspace clean and organized Experience We are open to: Entry-level candidates with no prior industry experience Candidates with shop, production, warehouse, construction, or installer experience Candidates with sign, print, vinyl, or graphics installation experience Helpful but Not Required Experience with sign production or vinyl application Vehicle graphic or window graphic installation experience Experience removing wraps, decals, or signage Familiarity with ladders, hand tools, measuring, and material handling Experience in a print shop, sign shop, warehouse, or fabrication environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry signs, boxes, rolls of media, and production materials Ability to work on ladders and perform installation tasks safely Ability to perform repetitive hands-on tasks with care and precision Why Join Instant Imprints Boise? Employment Type / Schedule This role may begin as a contract position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right person. Full-time is the long-term goal.
