Senior MMIC Design Engineer – GaN/GaAs RFIC Expert

RTX is seeking a Senior MMIC Design Engineer in McKinney, TX, to join the Microelectronics Department. The role covers full MMIC development from concept through fabrication, test, and customer interfacing for GaN, GaAs, or CMOS devices. You will design high-performance RF/MMIC solutions, collaborate with peers to drive process improvements, and document decisions to support rigorous reviews and robust product delivery. A DoD security clearance may be required post-start.
