Job Description: Job Description Build, Wire & Complete Industrial Equipment - Final Assembly Technician Put your mechanical and electrical assembly experience to work in a hands-on manufacturing role where quality and craftsmanship matter. LINK Staffing is hiring a Final Assembly Technician to perform final mechanical and electrical integration of industrial products before inspection, testing, and shipment. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or assembly experience who is comfortable reading technical drawings, working with hand and power tools, and completing detailed wiring and assembly work. Responsibilities: Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components into industrial enclosures and systems. Perform low-voltage wiring, routing, termination, labeling, and basic testing. Read and follow blueprints, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, work orders, and bills of material. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, voltmeters, and approved manufacturing equipment. Inspect completed work for accuracy, proper installation, and workmanship. Identify and report missing materials, incorrect components, drawing discrepancies, or quality issues. Record labor time, project progress, and required production information accurately. Maintain an organized and safe workstation using established 5S practices.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED.Previous manufacturing, assembly, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related hands-on experience. Ability to safely use common hand and power tools. Experience using a voltmeter or basic electrical testing equipment. Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and electrical schematics. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
Preferred Experience: Five or more years of manufacturing, assembly, electrical, mechanical, or related experience.
