SBCRE Mortgage Account Executive - Growth & Partnerships

Gradient Mortgage Capital is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to develop and manage client relationships while driving new business growth within our wholesale mortgage platform. You will build a strong personal book of business, promote our mortgage programs, and meet or exceed production targets. The role requires a consultative, credit-driven approach, prospecting, cold calling, and collaboration with underwriting and operations to close loans for real estate investors nationwide.
