About SolveaSolvea is building simulations for high-stakes decisions. In our rapidly changing world, leaders are forced to act with imperfect information. Solvea helps them move with conviction by simulating these high-stakes decisions so they better understand how and why their decisions will ripple across society. Our mission is to predict the outcome of every decision. InWe are hiring the last few members of the founding team to help us shape the product and work with our rapidly expanding client base, as we prepare to scale. You’ll push, and be pushed by our incredibly talent dense team. Founding Principals are from leading consulting firms with experience working on the most complex decisions. Founding Members of Technical Staff have worked on problems at scale (Google, Microsoft, Uber) and on cutting-edge research (Kaggle top 100). This role is a launchpad for future founders or Solvea leaders. High-intensity, in-person environment in San Francisco, 6 days a week, with top-of-market comp.
