Dealer Track Experience RequiredResponsibilitiesGreet customers and accurately assess service needsWrite repair orders and clearly explain recommended servicesCommunicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair statusUpsell maintenance and repair services ethically and professionallyMaintain strong customer relationships and high CSI scoresEnsure accurate documentation and billingFollow dealership processes and compliance standardsRequirementsMinimum 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required) Dealership experience stronglyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle a fast-paced environmentBasic automotive knowledge (diagnostics, maintenance, repair flow) Valid driver's license
