The Day Habilitation Counselor role at Vanderheyden, Inc. involves teaching adults with developmental disabilities independent living skills and personal awareness, enabling community access and serving as a liaison with the organization and the community. This is a full-time day shift, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., working in community-based settings. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring Habilitation Programs, documenting progress, and collaborating with the treatment team to meet residents’
