Director of FP&A & Data Analytics

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Director of Finance ensuring the development and implementation of new technology resources, dashboards and analytical tools to drive efficiencies in data presentation and consistency across HE& R. The role leads a team of analysts and oversees consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with IT and other areas to advance data warehouse design, BI reporting, and key financial reports for executive leadership.
