About the role

Focusing on the AI and automation strategy for Medicare Advantage, the full-time Principal AI Automation Engineer will design, deliver, and scale AI-powered systems and intelligent automation solutions, working remotely to improve care quality and operational performance.
Key responsibilities: Define and maintain a multi-year AI and automation roadmap aligned with strategic goals in clinical quality and member experience Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade automation solutions across various functions, ensuring scalability and governance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and track measurable business impact
Required qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles, with 3-5 years in a senior position Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems and large-scale automation solutions in regulated environments Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and intelligent process automation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field Demonstrated senior-level proficiency with AI/ML engineering practices and cloud platforms
