Details Med/Surg unit on the 3rd/4th floor of a hospital setting Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week) Schedule consists of 3x12 shifts only; 48-hour weeks not available Cares for an assigned group of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex Requirements Active RN license (Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or multistate compact/eNLC) Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only) Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred Full DOB and SSN required for consideration Additional Information Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and notes changes in physician orders Assists physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures Monitors physiological data and intervenes as needed Administers medications and manages IV infusions and blood products Communicates care plans with patients and families, including at discharge Delegates tasks to support staff as appropriate Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible Workers may extend only once for a maximum of 26 weeks, followed by a required 6-month separation before reapplying Credentialing and compliance deadlines are strictly enforced with no flexibility for start date changes American Traveler Job ID P-.
