Technical Commercial Sales Representative

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job description: ABE Paints is a premier PPG paint supplier serving the Commercial/Industrial market across Western Florida. Our team is passionate about partnering with Manufacturers/Fleet Collision Repair to help them deliver exceptional results for their customers. We pride ourselves on technical expertise, responsive service, and building relationships that drive long-term success. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business development. You're coachable, willing to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.· You must possess exceptional listening skills and genuine curiosity about customer needs.· You must be highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously while keeping accurate records and following up consistently.· You must demonstrate integrity in all interactions and present yourself professionally with a well-groomed appearance that reflects the quality of our partnership. Skills, Knowledge, Experience:·      Must be technically strong and experienced with a variety of coatings (e.g. urethanes, alkyds, powder coatings, and numerous primers and undercoats). ·      Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs·      Use your knowledge of coatings in the industry to help customers solve problems·      Experience selling to manufacturers, Fleet Collision Repair, Fabricators, etc... or related trades is a bonus but not required.·      Strong communicator with active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.·      Has a sales process and system for tracking clients, managing pipeline, and ensuring consistent follow-through.·      Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Western Florida territory.* All qualified candidates must complete a sales assessment as part of the interview process.
