What You'll DoLead the Care Team Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain caregivers Set clear expectations and promote accountability Build a positive, supportive team culture Manage Client Care Support new client onboarding Communicate with clients and families Address concerns quickly and professionally Help ensure consistent, high-quality care Own Scheduling Manage caregiver schedules and coverage Handle call-offs and last-minute changes Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility Lead From the FrontStep in with companionship or ADL support when needed Do whatever it takes to help ensure uninterrupted care
