About the role
A fast-growing AI software company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Founding Engineer in NYC to help build a modern enterprise ai native management platform. You will be the lead developer responsible for the development the technology and ai layer, and will responsible to transform it into a scalable software platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. If you are looking for ownership, autonomy, and a chance to work at fast paced start up shipping products from 0-1, this may be the role for you. This role is fully remote across the US.
Responsibilities:
Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Creating scalable software platforms Developing agentic ai agents or fine tuning LLMs, creating RAG architecture System design and architecture Cloud native architecture and product development Working closely with stakeholders and clients Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and features Participate in code reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)4+ years of relevant work experience Start up experience or shipping a product from 0-1 Expertise in React/Next.js, Typescript and Python Expertise in system design and architecture Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
