Responsibilities:
- Development of MEP concepts for data center projects
- Creation of calculations for HVAC systems and electrical installations in data center construction
- Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, performance specifications, and technical specifications
- Performance and quantity surveys based on plans, concepts, and BIM models
- Collection and evaluation of supplier and subcontractor offers
- Creation of cost comparisons and variant calculations
- Cooperation with project management, planning, purchasing, and sales
- Formulation of offer texts for technical services
- Support in offer presentations, handover to project management, and commercial optimizations
- ProfileSuccessfully completed technical training or degree (e.g., in facility management, technical building services, building technology, mechanical engineering, or similar)
- Several years of experience in the calculation of building services, ideally in data center or industrial construction
- Very good knowledge in the field of TGA (HVAC, electrical engineering, building automation technology)
- Secure handling of calculation software and MS Office; experience with BIM models is an advantage
- Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented working method
- Team skills, communication skills, and economic thinking
- Fluent German and English skills at least B1 level
