This role involves mentoring students, providing job site assistance, and ensuring safe transportation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to follow directions effectively. Responsibilities include providing on-site coaching, collaborating with employers and educators, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring timely student transportation.
