Weekend BCBA - Flexible, Impactful ABA Leadership

Autism FIRST in Herndon, VA seeks a Weekend BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services, clinical leadership, and supervision of RBTs. This weekend role offers flexible hours, supplemental income, and the opportunity to support children and families while maintaining a traditional weekday schedule. You will develop individualized treatment plans, analyze client data, adjust interventions as needed, and partner with families to build meaningful skills and greater independence in daily life.
