This is not a traditional data science or deeply technical product role. The successful candidate will combine consulting-style problem solving with hands-on project execution, stakeholder management, and clear communication. The individual must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying what needs to happen next, and driving alignment and accountability across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of RCS campaigns and related customer-engagement initiatives. Develop and maintain integrated launch timelines, campaign calendars, project trackers, action logs, and backlog materials across concurrent workstreams. Establish clear ownership, follow up with stakeholders, flag blockers, escalate risks early, and hold contributors accountable to agreed dates. Coordinate requirements, decisions, and status updates across marketing, business, product, data, and legal or compliance partners. Prepare concise stakeholder communications, recurring status updates, executive-ready presentations, and accomplishment-versus-opportunity reporting. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to build consensus, resolve ambiguity, and move initiatives toward execution. Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new campaign ideas and business requests. Partner with data teams to coordinate reporting and analysis requests, clarify expected outputs, and communicate findings to business stakeholders. Apply basic campaign and data literacy to understand performance metrics, support experiment design discussions, and translate results into clear business communications. Support Voice AI workstream planning and coordination as the scope and volume of that work expand.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in product management, project management, management consulting, business strategy, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional role. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams. Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to establish alignment, clarify decisions, and respectfully push owners toward action. Exceptional organizational skills and experience maintaining timelines, trackers, campaign calendars, status materials, and project documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare stakeholder updates and presentations with minimal oversight. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Proactive, self-directed working style with the ability to identify needs and add value without waiting for detailed instructions. Basic data literacy, including the ability to review campaign metrics, ask appropriate follow-up questions, and communicate results to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in management consulting or another client-facing strategy environment. Experience supporting campaigns, CRM programs, messaging products, marketing technology, or customer-engagement initiatives. Familiarity with campaign experimentation, including A/B testing and performance measurement. Experience working in healthcare, health insurance, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with RCS, Voice AI, or emerging customer-communication channels. Experience coordinating with legal, compliance, marketing, and data teams. Interest in transitioning from a contract assignment into a permanent role. Technical ExpectationsSQL and Python are not required. The role does not require a traditional data science background. Candidates should be able to learn basic product and data concepts, understand campaign performance information, work effectively with technical and analytical partners, and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
Core Competencies:
