Center-Based BCBA: Clinical Oversight & Mentorship

Innovative Counseling, Inc. is seeking a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Therapists at our Green Bay center. The role emphasizes in-person supervision, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making to support high-quality care. You will collaborate with families and staff, develop and review treatment plans, manage assessments, and ensure compliance with Wisconsin Medicaid/Forward Health.
