Senior Research Economist - Remote Recruitment Leader

National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions) connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with USDA ERS and other agencies across the United States. This remote position focuses on recruitment of division-level social scientists and economists, with an at-will enrollment under grant administration. The enrollee provides managerial recruitment support, mentoring, and guidance on program planning to help achieve staffing goals while complying with federal program requirements.
