The Role:
As a Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end success of a project team, leading Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants from initial hypothesis generation through analysis, insight development and final client presentations.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategy engagements, from hypothesis generation and research through to analysis, recommendations and final presentations Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams of Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants Develop hypotheses, structure complex problems and independently draw conclusions from quantitative and qualitative analysis Create compelling storylines, presentation structures and strategic recommendations for senior client stakeholders Manage client relationships independently, acting as a trusted advisor throughout an engagement Lead multiple workstreams and manage project priorities, timelines and deliverables Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, providing ongoing feedback and supporting their progression Contribute to the firm's thought leadership, internal initiatives and overall strategic direction Support business development, including proposal development, client development and identification of new opportunities
What we're looking for:
8+ years of relevant experience within a leading strategy consulting environment Strong experience in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT)Experience in GTM, growth strategy and/or commercial due diligenceA strong consulting toolkit, with the ability to apply structured problem-solving across different client challenges, industries and functions Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing junior consultants Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders
