Acquisition Support Analyst

Acquisition Support AnalystOMNI is seeking a Senior Acquisition Support Analyst to support U.S. Space Force (USSF) and Space Systems Command (SSC) programs through acquisition support, program integration, business operations, and leadership coordination. This role supports high-visibility acquisition activities, strategic communications, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced mission environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage taskers, leadership actions, schedules, and stakeholder coordinationSupport acquisition documentation review and compliance with DoD policiesBuild and maintain SharePoint/MS Teams collaboration platformsPrepare briefings, RFIs, strategic communications, and executive reportsCoordinate PMRs, meetings, offsites, and leadership eventsTrack action items, deliverables, and organizational reporting requirementsSupport process improvement, onboarding, and workforce development initiativesJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, or related field7+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or acquisition support experienceStrong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and business operationsProficiency in MS 365, SharePoint, and MS TeamsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsActive TS/SCI clearance requiredPreferredExperience supporting USSF or SSC programsFamiliarity with DoD systems, PMRs, and acquisition compliance activitiesAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsOMNI Consulting Solutions is a boutique consulting firm specializing in creating game-changing value and simple solutions for complex demands.
