About the role
Rush University Medical Center in Chicago seeks a Director of Development, Major Gifts to lead fundraising plans securing gifts of $100,000 and above. You will manage a major gift pipeline across Neurosciences, partner with physicians to drive referrals, and build donor relationships to advance the donor cycle. You will work with senior leadership and major gifts officers to create strategies, proposals, and stewardship plans, reporting to the Senior Director and collaborating with stewardship
