Parking & Transportation Supervisor The Parking & Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all parking and transportation areas, including paid parking, lot operations, and enforcement, to ensure daily set-up and operations are efficient, safe, and enhance the guest arrival experience. This position leads parking enforcement, parking support, and frontline transportation team members, while managing parking systems and equipment, enforcing policies, streamlining communication across teams, and supporting accurate revenue collection. The supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a positive guest experience while upholding parking and transportation standards and ensuring operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is organized, guest-focused, and capable of supervising front-line staff in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Participate in operational planning for events, peak seasons, and inclement weather response, collaborating with other departments (Security, Transportation, Guest Services) on large events and high-volume days.

Qualifications:
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand/walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle guest issues calmly and effectively, and comfortable enforcing rules and policies respectfully and professionally.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policy.
Preferred
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, mobile payment technology, parking technology, or access control systems is preferred.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $ 24.00 to $27.00 /hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
All Full Time individuals may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week.
