Corporate Strategy Consultant

Overview In this role, you will support Humana’s Corporate Strategy by analyzing growth opportunities and shaping the long-term agenda with senior leaders. You’ll build quantitative and qualitative analyses, craft executive-ready deliverables, and test strategic hypotheses across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to refine opportunities and inform board-level decisions. This position offers exposure to high-impact initiatives, including market expansion, partnerships, and operating-model improvements, within a collaborative, high-performing team. Compensation / Benefitsmedical benefitsdental benefitsvision benefits 401(k)paid time offpaid parental leave Responsibilities Support project leads on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives affecting long-term growth and competitive positioning Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (financial modeling, market research, competitive assessments, data analysis) to test hypotheses and generate actionable insights Partner with stakeholders across the organization to validate assumptions and form informed perspectives on opportunities and risks Develop executive-ready materials and presentations for senior executives, ELT, and Board of Directors Evaluate growth, market expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, and innovation opportunities Advise business leaders on strategic priorities and enterprise planning; collaborate with Strategy colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment Key requirements Bachelor’s degree 2 years of consulting, strategy, or relevant corporate experience (strategic in nature)Analytical skills (quantitative analysis, research, financial modeling)Conceptual skills (structured problem-solving, hypothesis testing, synthesizing complex information)collaborationclear communicationstakeholder managementfinancial modelingquantitative/qualitative analysisdata analysis
