Leadership Consultant - Consultant & Senior Consultant Levels

Overview In this role you help leaders translate strategy into people-centered development. You work in small teams to design customized leadership experiences and facilitate engagements that are engaging and memorable. You collaborate with diverse clients across industries, building leadership capabilities and driving measurable behavior change. You’ll grow by leading projects, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to BTS’s mission of turning strategy into results. Compensation / Benefitshybrid work environment (in-office 50% of the time)travel with client engagementsentrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibilitycareer growth and leadership opportunities Responsibilities Design and facilitate leadership experiences (simulations, assessments, workshops, offsites) for client leaders Interview clients, conduct research, test programs, and refine offerings Lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, and support business development Collaborate across internal teams and industries to deliver integrated leadership solutions Travel and lead client engagements as part of designed experiences Contribute to thought leadership and development within the Leadership COE Key requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2–5 years in consulting, learning & development, leadership development, or relevant industry Experience designing/delivering leadership programs, assessments, or executive coaching preferred Some project leadership experience; client-facing experience preferred Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorshipcuriosityhumble inclusivityactive listeningfoundational leadership development frameworksdesigning behavior-change interventionsadult learning principles
