Warehouse Operator

Position Overview: This is a hands-on, highly independent role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work without day-to-day supervision. You will be responsible for the safe handling, quality control, and shipment of high-value medical and wellness equipment, as well as maintaining an efficient, professional warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift and manage material handling with safety and efficiency. Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments and inventory. Build pallets, crates, and package equipment securely for safe transport. Prepare and ship high-value equipment ($10,000–$50,000+) with care and accuracy. Coordinate shipments using LTL carriers, Fed Ex, and USPS.Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Communicate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to align on shipping schedules and priorities. Identify and implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency. Requirements to Apply Forklift certification and 3+ years warehouse experience (required).Proven ability to build pallets and prepare shipments for transit. Experience shipping high-value equipment ($10K–$50K).Knowledge of working with LTL carriers, Fed Ex, and USPS.Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills for coordination with team and leadership. Woodworking experience (crating, custom packaging, or similar).Quality control experience in handling and shipping equipment. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
