About the role

Job Description: Job Description We are seeking a QC Technician-Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities: Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products Part Testing using test fixtures and tensile tester Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations Implement and improve quality control operating procedures Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects Participate in routine visual inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications: Be able to inspect & measure parts using micrometers, calipers, Smart Scope, comparator, gage blocks, etc. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Hand tools and equipment - ability to work with gauges, calipers, micrometers, scales, indicators, and other items necessary to complete the inspection of molded parts and components Experience in Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing, or related industry is preferred The ability to work and communicate within a team, fast-paced environment Ability to read drawing/prints Have Geometric and drawing dimension comprehension training or certification is a plus Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality ControlMUST be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written (bi-lingual helpful but not necessary) Self-starter & self-learner Work effectively under pressure & maintain a positive attitude To be considered, please click "Apply Now."
