Training and Development Specialist

Overview In this role you will design and deliver training programs to build capabilities across the manufacturing and operations teams. You’ll facilitate leadership, interpersonal, and lean training while coordinating with cross-functional partners to develop material and ensure effective delivery. You will also help manage SOJT coaching, LMS records, and learn the ITM Lean System to support process improvement. This is a hands-on, impact‑driven position within Hitachi Energy’s North America Hub, focused on safety, integrity, and capability development.
