Head of US Compliance & Ethics

Nscale is hiring a Vice President, Compliance & Ethics (US) to lead the U.S. compliance program and translate our global ethics and compliance framework into practical, business-ready processes for a rapidly growing U.S. organization. This role sits within Legal & Compliance and reports to the SVP, Head of Global Compliance & Ethics in the UK, while partnering closely with the U.S. General Counsel on U.S. legal, regulatory, governance, and investigations matters.
