Second Shift HR Generalist - Manufacturing Launch Lead

International is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for the 2nd shift at our San Antonio manufacturing facility. You will partner with Plant HR leadership to drive employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while supporting the startup and stabilization of 2nd shift operations. The role begins on 1st shift for training, transitioning to 2nd shift with a 10% shift differential. You will influence through collaboration, build partnerships, and lead HR programs to ensure
