About the role

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components and products using hand and/or power tools
  • Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production guidelines
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Identify and report defects or issues during the assembly process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
  • 12 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in electronics or mechanical assembly
  • Familiarity with production line environments
  • Basic understanding of quality standards and inspections IND2
