Senior Corporate & Employment Counsel Aerospace Startups

Hermeus is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Corporate & Employment to work directly with the General Counsel on financing, corporate governance, and employment matters as we scale in the aerospace sector. You will lead venture financings, manage equity plans and 409A cadence, oversee board and committee interactions, and partner with People, Finance, and outside counsel to accelerate growth while maintaining compliance.
