Construction Project Manager, Architectural Stone

Responsibilities: Define the project scope Create construction estimates based on material takeoffs (MTO)Create and manage the construction project budget Build out a construction project management plan Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to secure profitable contracts Develop construction schedules with deliverables and milestones Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery Manage resources including materials, workers and equipment Allocate and manage resource logistics Evaluate performance of general contractor, site manager and other team members Required 5 years of project management experience in construction or a related specialty trade Experience managing a construction site Experience leading a construction crew Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal Preferred Experience in architectural stone, masonry or similar specialty trades Familiarity with project management software Prior experience with risk management on construction projects
