Data Privacy Director & Senior Counsel

Lennar seeks a Director, Assistant General Counsel – Data Privacy to lead the privacy program, provide strategic legal counsel on data collection, use, sharing, retention, and cross-border transfers, and manage complex agreements and regulatory obligations. The role partners with senior leaders to balance risk and growth. Ideal candidate has a J.D., 8–12 years of data privacy experience, and knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and AI governance frameworks.
