Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Equipment Oversight: Run, supervise, and fine-tune manufacturing machinery to optimize output and maintain seamless workflow. Setup & Calibration: Partner with the floor team to execute equipment setups, changeovers, and ongoing process calibrations. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Proactively detect mechanical or operational anomalies, diagnosing root causes and implementing rapid corrective actions to eliminate bottlenecks. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished outputs continuously, identifying surface or structural defects and driving immediate resolutions. Downtime Minimization: Execute proactive measures to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and curb production interruptions. Safety & Workplace Standards: Strictly adhere to all plant safety protocols, compliance guidelines, and 5S housekeeping standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with quality control and shift supervisors to hit daily output goals and throughput targets. Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Background: Demonstrated hands-on experience within a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial, or production setting. Preferred Expertise: Prior working knowledge of plastic injection molding or related polymer processing techniques is a distinct advantage. Technical Aptitude: A solid foundational grasp of machine mechanics, operation controls, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
