Support Group: AOH Brugge, Belgium Transmissions Products Educational Qualifications BE in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Technical Skills Good Proficiency in Creo (Part, Assembly, Drawing, Sheetmetal, Surfacing). Hands-on experience with PLM tools (preferably Teamcenter ). Strong understanding of casting design principles and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of transmission systems and related components. Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering documentation. Personal Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. Time management and ability to handle multiple projects. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Execution of New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production. Support transmission system projects with CAD modeling and detailing. Maintain and manage CAD data within PLM system - Teamcenter. Ensure design compliance with industry standards and internal specifications. Responsible and accountable for quality, delivery and maintaining project related documentation. Support cost reduction, VA/VE, and quality improvement initiatives.
