Staff Engineer, PEO Growth End-to-End Onboarding

Gusto is building a PEO Growth team and seeks a Staff Engineer to own the onboarding journey from discovery to setup. You will influence cross-team design, ensure high quality in a regulated domain, and leverage AI tools to improve the onboarding experience. You will work across our PEO Growth pod, partnering with product, design, and other engineering teams to shape the end-to-end customer journey and drive measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.
