Wellness Supervisor We are currently seeking an energetic nurse who has a true interest in helping seniors to join our team. Responsibilities: Help lead our team in a customer service, team-oriented environment under the direction of the Wellness Director.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and good standing LPN license for the State of Illinois
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Computer Literacy
