Equities Trade Support Associate

Key Responsibilities: Reconcile daily equities, options, CFDs, swaps, and FX transactions to reduce operational risk Ensure timely trade settlement by identifying and resolving breaks Verify positions against prime brokers and swap providers Liaise with PMs, traders, counterparties, and control teams on trade/settlement/compliance issues Process corporate actions and manage related FX exposure Provide middle-office support across trade bookings, verification, and P&LRequirements: Open to fresh graduates through candidates with up to 6 years of experience at a financial institution or hedge fund Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, math, or related field Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation: Analyst (0-2 yrs): $90K-$115K base Associate (3-6 yrs): $120K-$150K base
