Job Description:
The experienced landscaper will handle a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, planting, hardscaping, and installation of irrigation and drainage systems. This role requires operating heavy equipment and managing a small team to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. Daily travel between job sites is expected to ensure timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control
- Install and maintain irrigation systems and French drains
- Execute hardscaping and concrete work
- Design gardens and consult with customers on landscaping plans
- Operate heavy equipment and various landscaping tools
- Manage and coordinate a small landscaping team
- Travel daily between multiple job sites to supervise and complete projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of landscaping experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of landscape design and irrigation systems
- Expertise in soil management and plant identification
- Skilled in equipment operation and safety procedures
- Strong customer service and time management abilities
