Home Health Aide Job at Help at Home in Knight

Help at Home is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in‑home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you’ll assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, prepare simple meals, and help with light housekeeping to keep homes safe and comfortable. You’ll follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in client condition, and offer companionship and emotional support. Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Support clients with errands or appointments as allowed by care plan Maintain accurate basic documentation of care activities Personal care assistance Safe transfer and mobility support Meal preparation Light housekeeping Infection control practices Basic documentation and reporting Time management Safe use of assistive devices Observation and reporting of client condition Basic vital sign awareness Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Home Health Aide certification where required by state CPR and First Aid certification Background check and TB screening Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
